The marketplace area of the Liffey Trust houses 10 purpose built kitchens. The Food Hub is currently the home to the food production units of some of the finest eateries & catering companies in Dublin such as Sushi King, The Bakehouse, Lolly and Cooks, Caffe Parigi, Kokoro Sushi Bento, Drop Chef & Let's Eat & of course Urban Picnic Catering company where we hold two state of the art production facilities.
